But true personal liberty to be and do as one chooses, comes with a cost, and I’m not thinking in terms of money. The ability to take responsibility for and direct and control your own life is the most precious gift a person can enjoy.

Yet the history of mankind is a long, tortured story of a few individuals enslaving their fellow men.

If not outwardly enslaved, it is our nature is to submit to inner prisons of our own making.

Therefore, the logical question is, are you truly free?

Does your society allow you the liberty of choosing your own way of life?

Have you been freed from the bars of your own self-made prison?

This site is designed as a resource for people who value personal and social freedom. They are for individuals who are willing to put effort into understanding and then doing something positive to reclaim and preserve our God-given liberties.

As the primary writer I make no claim to be able to satisfy everyone’s personal views about what freedom is or how best to achieve it. Our differences in social and political philosophies and religion are too vast. What is offered here are a variety of literary approaches that set forth the historic concept of how to obtain and enjoy the benefits of freedom.

What motivates me to do this?

I am an American senior citizen who grew up with the idea that I was a free man living in a country that respected my God-given rights as long as I valued the laws of the land and took responsibility for my own life.

The four years I spent serving in the United States Air Force during the Korean War gave me a deep appreciation for the privilege of being born in America. I saw how people lived in Japan, the Philippines and Okinawa. When we sailed under the Golden Gate Bridge on my return to America, and later when I walked down the lane to my childhood home in Southern Illinois, I thanked God for the opportunities before me as a free man.

However, it wasn’t until I completed seven years of higher education, was married and had children that I took the time to discover the real history of America. I was amazed by my heritage but shocked to discover that, everything I had put my life on the line for in the military was being threatened.

I learned that the government I thought was the best in the world and what I assumed existed for my best interests was subtly stealing my future and that of my children. I found that we the people were being grossly deceived by our 20th century leaders. The more deception I uncovered, the greater my anger grew.

I resolved to fight back, to do what I could to expose the corruption and right the wrongs. But what has caused the greatest anguish since that decision has been the discovery that most people care little about the truth that reveals the threats to our liberties. Therefore, after decades of struggle as a social/political activist, I’ve concluded that what I have to offer here will not appeal to the masses.

My challenge is set forth in these two novels under one cover.
