GUNS AND YOUR FREEDOMS
Gun Rites – that’s right, gun rites -- is a dramatic portrayal of the possible loss of freedoms that Americans may soon be confronted with.
Here is a powerful drama that enables you to vicariously experience an exciting adventure in the safety of your own home. As you identify with one or more of the characters in the story you will grow in your awareness of the issues involved.
Clark Evans is a Vietnam veteran who founded Gun Rites in Trust, an organization dedicated to peacefully preserve American’s rights as stated in the Second Amendment of the Constitution.
When he is viciously attacked by federal black ops, he must revert to his former combat mentality as he seeks to discover who and why he has been assaulted. The news of his tragedy is the final offense that moves some frustrated citizens to turn on all federal employees to vent their anger at the abuses of big government. Clark seeks to stop the killing while being forced into unwanted violence in his own struggle to right the wrongs committed against him.
He has to rely on his friends who value the freedoms our Founding Fathers established for us and also his new found faith in God to see him through the life and death battle he is plunged into.
What has this to do with gun rites and your rights under the Second Amendment? As the story unfolds, you will discover the difference between rites and rights. Whether you are pro or anti guns, if you approach this novel with an open mind, you will gain a deeper understanding into why guns have, and in the opinion of the author, still play a logical, necessary role in maintaining a free America.
Here’s what readers are saying:
“Great, inspiring plot. Gets to the heart of one of the key issues in the struggle for America’s future. Thanks so much for your outstanding book GUN RITES. It’s exciting and so very true.” John Chalfant, author of America, A Call to Greatness
“Frank, your book was fantastic! I sat up half the night because I could not put it down! A real winner!” Jay Grimstead, Coordinator International Church Council Project and Coalition on Revival (CORE)
“Meyer has given us a novel which I thought was going to be a cheap (but cleaner!) knock-off of Unintended Consequences, but it took a surprising turn. And then another! It’s not the most gripping thriller I’ve read (although it is quite a good read), but it is perhaps the most unusual one in that it presents an explanation that most novelists don’t get, and don’t care about. . . . When was the last time you read a novel that left you pondering world affairs, and their relevance to your life?” Daniel New, former missionary, father of first US soldier, Michael New, to refuse to wear a U.N. beret
“I loved the story, and I want the next book in the trilogy. When will it be available?” Ann Decker, 83-year-old great grandmother who has never owned or fired a gun
“The title made me think the book was just about guns. Instead it’s about life’s struggles I can identify with. I’m really enjoying reading it.” G. Wiseman, senior citizen
“Your book is COMPELLING. I began yesterday and haven’t been able to put it down. You have a real knack for storytelling while pointing to a moral. I will recommend your book to others. Jack Monnet, PhD, author Awakening to our Awful Situation
“I had planned to read it on a long flight, but the lady next to me insisted I let her husband who is an attorney see it. He read the first 75 pages before giving it back to me. He also got the ordering information for himself and the two people sitting next to him. I think you have a winner.” Doug Kieswetter, businessman
“I just wanted to let you know, your book was fantastic. Ken couldn’t put it down except to eat and go to bed. His nose was in it until it was finished.” J.F., wife of a Vietnam combat veteran
